Verve will comprise twin towers with stunning views of Newcastle and its surrounds.
Street Property Group’s Helen Paliokas is marketing four off-the-plan apartments in the King Street complex, which is under construction and scheduled for completion mid-2019.
Two areon level 17, both with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and two side-by-side car spaces.
One has a north-east aspect and panoramic views and carries aprice tag of $1.85 million.
The master bedroom has itsown private north-east-facing balcony and the total size of the apartment is 166 square metres. It has high ceilings through the living space and timber flooring.
The other is being marketed for$1.6 million. There are only three apartments on level 17 of each tower.
She is also selling a three-bedroom sub-penthouse apartment on level 18for $1.15 million and a three-bedroom residence on level 16 for $1.125 million.

Robinson Property’s Tony Reville is marketing a two-bedroom apartment on level 10 of thePinnacle complex on Hunter Street, Newcastle for $590,000.
Ray White’s Barry Price and Demika Crow are selling off-the-plan studio apartmentsin The Grounds atCallaghan for $335,000 to $345,000.
PRDnationwide’s Lynette Allison has just sold a two-bedroom apartment in the Spire complex above Marketown Shopping Centre in Newcastle West for $682,500. PRD also sold a two-bedroom apartment in Arena on Shortland Esplanade for $930,000.
